CDL’s exterior lighting maintenance service maintenance of both high-level and low level exterior lighting for retail parks, industrial parks, business parks and shopping centres for companies including Land Securities, Donaldsons DTZ and Savills.
With over
25 years experience and over 800 exterior lighting contracts, CDL offers nationwide coverage throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
As CDL operate it’s own fleet of vehicle-mounted access platforms, our maintenance contracts include free
access equipment (up to 14 metres, subject to survey).
CDL’s lighting maintenance service consists of regular
free programmed periodic maintenance visits to replace any failed lamps.
CDL’s service is offered on a
labour free basis with no hidden extra costs, such as attendance or access equipment surcharges. We charge only for the supply of lamps we change and if no lamps are changed on a maintenance visit, then there is
no charge for that visit
Any electrical and lighting repairs are identified and
reported in a separate quotation for your consideration.
