Services now consist of lamp replacement (including electrical repairs), retail lighting maintenance, electrical testing and inspection, exterior lighting maintenance and emergency lighting testing and inspection.
We service the following types of property for managing agents and corporate clients: offices, common areas of buildings, retail parks, industrial estates, business parks, shopping centres and residential blocks.
Nationwide service
Our engineers operate from a number of bases throughout the UK, which are managed by Head Office in London. Our fleet of service vehicles are monitored by a sophisticated vehicle tracker system, which means that in the event of an emergency call out, an engineer can attend site within 24 hours.

Planned Maintenance
CDL’s lighting maintenance service consists of regular periodic maintenance visits dependant upon the size of property and the type of lighting insitu. Some sites are visited on a weekly basis and others biannually.

‘Pay As You Go’ and fully comprehensive
fixed price maintenance plans. However, we are always receptive to the needs of our clients and we can devise a bespoke solution to a customer’s specific needs where necessary.
